The Emissary
A woman stands alone, her gaze piercing the darkness. She is the Emissary, chosen to carry the burden of humanity’s hope. Her name once held weight, but now it is but a distant memory. She is sent back through the tunnel, her soul pulled like taffy through the vortex of time.
