Maybe not AI, but certainly someone using AI. Let's also keep in mind that AI in the public sector is being adopted very cautiously and with much debate over what public good can be enhanced with AI and what aspects of it threaten it—this is most relevant to all aspects of democracy and democratic institutions (in the places where they still function, not in name only; much depends on who is holding the reigns).
