I've observed similar inaccuracies. For some creative work it may come across as serendipitous surprise but for more 'professional' application of the tool it isn't useful. It appears that MJ is prioritising style/size of renders over prompt accuracy at this time. The users in Discord mini-polls are asking for more accuracy... we shall see if MJ listens to those voices.
