I love this angle! I have absolutely been thinking in the same vain. Would you happen to know anyone writing about that? Do let me know if you come across. I find the concept of a Golem from the Judeo/Christian tradition very relevant to the discussions about AI. The idea of a spirit-less thinking machine... how incredible is that!
